What we stock

The right forage for every stomach.

We keep a proper range so we can match the animal, not just shift a bale. Sweet meadow hay for the traditional all‑rounder, cleaner ryegrass and timothy hay where you want more consistency, and soft dust‑extracted haylage for horses with sensitive lungs or higher nutritional needs.

Because we source across the country rather than relying on a single field, we can keep quality high and supply steady, whatever the weather does to any one harvest.

We also import premium timothy and alfalfa hay from Canada and the USA, where a long, dry growing season produces exceptionally clean, consistent forage: the pick for performance horses and fussy feeders that want the very best.

The range

Three forages, honestly graded.

🌾

Sweet meadow hay

Soft, sweet‑smelling mixed pasture hay: the traditional choice for horses, cattle, sheep and smallholders’ stock.

🌱

Ryegrass & timothy hay

Cleaner, more consistent grass hay where you want predictable feed value bale to bale: ideal for working and competition yards.

💧

Dust‑extracted haylage

Wilted, wrapped and soft, virtually dust‑free and denser in nutrition. The pick for sensitive airways and fussy eaters.

How it’s checked

Every load, looked over.

We don’t grow it. We choose it. Each delivery is graded for colour, smell, leaf and moisture, and checked for dust and mould before it’s passed on to you. If a batch isn’t right, it doesn’t leave us.

Tell us what you keep and how much you get through, and we’ll match you to the right forage and a sensible quantity. No upselling, just the honest answer.

Bale formats

Buy how it suits you

  • Conventional small bales: easy to lift and stack, perfect for smaller yards and single horses.
  • Large square bales: efficient stacking for bulk yards and full loads.
  • Big round bales: netwrapped, ideal for trailer collection or volume delivery.
  • Wrapped haylage: round or square, sealed to lock in the leaf and the sugars.
  • By the bale or the load: a couple of bales or a full artic; no order too small.
